Whether you want to feel healthier or to get in shape for a holiday or wedding, whatever your goal I can help you achieve it.I can offer an initial one on one training session if you're local to me and need guidance on exercise form, but the bulk of my work is carried out online or via email.
This plan includes weekly check in via email by the client, with changes made as they're needed to help you reach your body goals. You’ll be emailed a questionnaire each week to fill in and return, so I can adjust your diet and training as needed. There’s no copied and pasted plans here! Every plan is individually tailored and adjusted to help you meet your goals whether that be weight loss, muscle gain or both.
I can offer a nutrition-only plan for those that want to do their own workouts, I will however need all the details of your workouts so that I can adjust your nutrition plan accordingly.
Nutrition and training Plan
£160 for the first month followed by £100 a month there after or £300 for a 12 week consultation.
£120 for the first month followed by £80 a month there after or £240 for 12 weeks.
