Dieting doesn’t have to be hell
When it comes to weight loss a lot of people that try it on their own tend to have the mindset of "the less I eat the more weight I’ll lose".
While this is true to a point, it’s a very short sighted approach that will in the end bring little in the way of long term results.
What tends to happen is they take the calories far too low and lose weight fast then results stall and they have nowhere to go, in the mean time they’ve put their metabolism in the gutter by eating so little so when they come back to eating normally they gain more weight than they lost. This leads to yo yo dieting and often a sense of failure, there are far better and easier ways to get the results you want and keep them long term.
