My thoughts on food preparation

Preparing all your food for the following day can feel like a huge chore at first especially if you’ve had a long day at work and maybe been to the gym as well, but the truth is your odds of sticking to your meal plan when everything is prepared in advance are a lot higher than trying to do it on the fly.

You read a lot now about if it fits your macros style dieting but to try and hit your calories and macros in this manner is extremely difficult and far more likely to fail or lead to cheating. Take the time and stick with meal prep once you get in the swing of it you can prep the following days food as quickly as you can an evening meal.
