Overnight oats are a great way to meet your nutritional needs for your first meal of the day and as they’re  prepared the night before there’s no prep to do in the morning, there also very versatile if you have macros to hit. You can add nuts,nut butters,fruit,honey and whey protein to adjust to fit the exact macros and or calories you need depending on what your current diet is.
