Rest and deloading dont skip it

It amazes me how many people when trying to lose weight or gain muscle don’t take rest or deload weeks, even professional athletes don’t train flat out year round your body needs time to rest and recover.

Don’t be worried that taking a break will set you back it will actually make you come back stronger it’s also a way of cutting down on the chance of picking up injuries.

I recommend taking a deload week where you do half your normal training for a week every 8 weeks or if your really burnt out a full weeks rest.

During this week keep nutrition the same.
