Checking In Rule 1 be honest

For anyone that has check-ins with a coach, if you’ve cheated on your plan missed meals or gym sessions please be upfront and detail this in your check-ins. This information is what governs any changes to your plan so not checking in, missing off info or just outright lying about that 12” pizza and a couple of beers you had at the weekend is not only making your coaches job impossible it’s also making changes to your plan that are either not needed or just completely wrong. Bottom line if you mess up be upfront about it with your coach and you stand a far better chance of getting the results you want.
